Colors of the products are displayed as accurately as possible.
However please note that due to different viewing, the color may vary 1-2 tones different from original color. All measurement and sizes are stately clearly.

3) Service Standard
You can expect to hear from us within 24 hours from when your enquiry is sent, unless otherwise advised.

4) Order Confirmation
An electronic acknowledgement will be sent to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order.

5) Delivery Services
Delivery will be done by normal mailing. Kindly indicate if required any registered mailing or local courier service, buyer to bear cost. Overseas deliveries will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates. Galsloveshopping shall not be held responsible for any loss of parcel sent.

6) Payment Methods - Bank payment via Internet/ATM Fund TransferLocal Bank (UOB & POSB only)
Transfers are accepted. Once your transfer has taken place, kindly inform us and include your Order ID, full name, email address, contact number, address and bank transaction ID for reference.
